Join Nancy Norby in Bali for a transformative nine-day Self-Love & Wellness Retreat. You already possess countless qualities that make you lovable, and self-love and self-worth are the essential ingredients for a life of joy. Now is the time to fully embrace all that you are.


Over the course of these nine days, immerse yourself in healing at the serene Bali Spirit Hotel and Spa, nestled in the enchanting Balinese mountains. With love as the foundation of true health, this retreat will offer daily movement, beginning each morning with an energizing Yoga Barre class followed by a soothing yoga session in the afternoon. You’ll also have ample free time to explore the many classes available with unlimited access to the renowned Ubud Yoga Centre.


Each day will begin with a nourishing breakfast made from fresh organic produce, with vegan and vegetarian options available. During the retreat, you’ll be treated to four delicious lunches and three thoughtfully prepared dinners. All transportation from arrival to departure is included, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience.
